Montreal | 1 Square Phillips continues its strong rise to the top! | One of the unique enchantments of the tallest residential tower going up in Montréal is its sublime interior courtyard.
“We had to find an attractive and strong idea for Montréal,” says Anik Shooner, co-founder of the firm Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Architectes , the brains behind the tower’s design. “We therefore decided to create a building that unfolds around a sumptuous interior courtyard covered with vegetation.”
